Job summary

Rock Creek Resort, part of Columbia Hospitality, is seeking Event Staff to deliver warm, professional service in a fast‑paced guest environment. You will set tables with chinaware, glass, silver and linens; clear dining spaces; serve food and beverages; and assist with buffets while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience or training preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• State Food Handler's License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s) may be required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Responsibilities

• Set tables with chinaware, glass, silver, and linens.
• Clears tables as necessary, sets up buffets as needed.
• Serves food and beverage to guests and provides quality customer service.
• Ensures a safe work environment, reporting unsafe conditions and equipment.
• Follow up on guests' requests immediately or asks for assistance from supervisors.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays required.
