Atrium Hospitality in Huntsville hires a part-time Banquet Server at Embassy Suites, 800 Monroe Street, Huntsville, AL 35801. Set up and break down event spaces per Banquet Event Orders, serve food and beverages with precise timing, and maintain clean banquet areas to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 6 months of serving experience, Food Safety and Alcohol certifications (or training within 90 days), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups.
• Food Safety certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet spaces per Banquet Event Orders, including linens, settings, and A/V equipment.
• Serve food and beverages with focus on timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, organized banquet areas throughout the event cycle.
• Manage guest needs with professionalism, supporting the event contact throughout the function.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
