Bucks County Events & Staffing Co. is expanding its event staffing roster across the Greater Philadelphia region, seeking experienced banquet and event servers for weddings, private events, country clubs, hotels and venues.

We offer weekend opportunities with flexible event-based work and ongoing partnership expansion. Roles involve setup, service at various formats, and light event support. Join a team delivering high‑end hospitality across Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia areas.

Formación

• Experience in banquet, catering, restaurant, country club, hotel, or event-serving preferred.
• Professional appearance and communication are essential.
• Strong guest-service skills are required.
• Reliable transportation to varied venues is necessary.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is important.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends is expected.
• Dependable and punctual throughout events is required.
• Able to stay on your feet for extended shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Set up banquet and event spaces.
• Butler-passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour.
• Provide plated, buffet, and station service.
• Interact with guests at tableside as needed.
• Serve water, bread, wine, and coffee.
• Clear tables and carry trays between venues.
• Maintain clean service areas during events.
• Assist catering and venue management as required.
• Assist with event cleanup and breakdown after service.

Job Description

Bucks County Events & Staffing Co. is expanding our event staffing roster and seeking experienced Banquet & Event Servers for weddings, private events, country clubs, catering companies, hotels, and upscale event venues throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.

We currently have immediate weekend opportunities available and are continuing to add new venue and catering partnerships.

This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals looking for flexible event-based work without committing to a traditional restaurant schedule.

Responsibilities may include

• Setting up banquet and event spaces
• Butler-passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour
• Plated, buffet, and station-style meal service
• Tableside guest interaction
• Water, bread, wine, and coffee service
• Clearing tables and carrying trays
• Maintaining service areas throughout the event
• Assisting catering and venue management as needed
• Event cleanup and breakdown at the conclusion of service

Schedule

Event-based and flexible. Most opportunities are available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with occasional weekday assignments.

Staff may select available assignments based on their schedule and qualifications.

Pay

Starting at $20/hour, depending on role and assignment.

Some assignments may also include travel reimbursement depending on location.
