The New York Hilton Midtown is looking for an extra Banquet Dishwasher to join our team.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience as a dishwasher in a property or restaurant of a similar size and volume, and full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Shift Pattern: Full availability needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay Range: $28.46 - $37.95 / hour

What will I be doing? As a Banquet Dishwasher, you will be responsible for transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and serviceware. Specifically, you will perform tasks such as:

• Washing dishes and operating the dishwasher to clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils.
• Scrubbing pots and pans.
• Burnishing, de-tarnishing, and polishing silver.
• Stocking and maintaining supplies and equipment.
• Performing cleaning duties including mopping and trash removal.
• Transporting and storing clean serviceware.
• Training other stewards, as needed.
• Preparing and placing clean serviceware for events and functions.
