Join to apply for the Banquet Dishwasher role at Columbus Hospitality Management.

Roberts Centre is seeking a Full Time Dishwasher to operate dish machines, wash soiled dishes, silverware, glasses, and other service ware including pots, pans, and utensils according to company procedures. Must be at least 18 years old and have wide open availability. Hours depend on convention center events.

• Set up dish machine with clean components including grates, detergent, drying agent, water, etc.
• Separate refuse for garbage and scraps for disposal.
• Scrape dishes as needed.
• Pre-rinse dishes and glassware.
• Pre-soak silverware as instructed.
• Maintain a steady pace with demand for dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, lexan tubs, etc.
• Operate dish machine with full racks only.
• Participate in additional maintenance and cleaning chores as directed.
• Observe careful work habits regarding sanitation, safety, breakage, and waste control.
• Follow closing procedures for dish machine breakdown.
• Sweep and mop floors as needed and at shift end.
• Adhere to policies in the associate handbook and department manual.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
