Banquet Cook - Raleigh Marriott City Center

Join us as a Banquet Cook at Raleigh Marriott City Center, managed by Concord Hospitality Enterprises.

This is a great opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a vibrant hotel environment. As a hotel Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with attention to presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards.
2. Ensure proper documentation on all food containers and adhere to rotation SOPs.
3. Practice safety standards at all times.
4. Report to work in full, clean uniform, on time, and ready to serve.
5. Cook orders while accommodating guest requests and special needs positively.
6. Be proactive in ordering, food preparation, equipment upkeep, and inventory management to prevent service delays.
7. Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
