Banquet Cook - Pinnacle Club at Otter Creek Golf Course

Position Details

This position begins in mid-March and ends in November 2025. It is a year-round role with winter hours based on scheduled events, ranging from 30 to 40 hours per week. Candidates must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Compensation

Base pay is $18.00 per hour. Actual pay will depend on skills and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate food orders for buffet and appetizer stations.
  • Assist in food presentation and portioning for banquet functions.
  • Follow sanitation policies and maintain a sanitary work environment.
  • Ensure all storage areas and equipment are clean and organized.
  • Prepare meals according to Pinnacle Club standards, proficient in various cooking techniques.
  • Recognize quality standards in ingredients and maintain food safety procedures.
  • Assist in training kitchen staff and support Tin Cup Bar & Grille when needed.
