What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items according to recipes and standards, maintaining cleanliness, managing guest orders, and ensuring food safety and quality. Specific tasks include:

  • Prepare food according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards
  • Manage guest orders efficiently
  • Know the menu and food products
  • Stock and maintain food stations
  • Inspect all food sent from the kitchen
  • Follow food handling and storage regulations
  • Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items
