Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper storage of pastry items to maintain freshness.
  • Execute food preparations for banquet events, including breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, and special parties.
  • Assist in timely and high-quality food delivery, following recipes and standards.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and banquet equipment.
  • Assist in plating and preparation of banquet food items.
  • Learn all kitchen areas and notify management of product shortages.
  • Handle leftover food appropriately and follow sanitation and health guidelines.
  • Set up and assist with banquet plating lines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications include at least 2 years of experience in a restaurant, resort, or hotel environment. Must be available to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
