Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Set daily priorities and assign tasks to staff.
  • Oversee hiring, training, and evaluation of culinary staff.
  • Develop and plan menus for banquets and catering, ensuring quality and minimizing waste.
  • Maintain sanitation standards and kitchen organization.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and inventory.
  • Communicate with staff and guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Train kitchen personnel and oversee daily operations.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Control food costs and oversee procurement.
  • Assist in menu development and guest service.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Banquet Chef or related role.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Tips Trained and Food Handlers certification preferred.
