The Banquet Chef oversees culinary production for catered events, ensuring timely execution, consistent quality, food safety, and outstanding guest experiences while coordinating closely with event and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• 3–5 years banquet or catering leadership experience.
• Experience executing large-scale events.
• ServSafe® Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of banquet production and food safety.
• Inventory and scheduling experience.
