Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a motivated catering attendant to join our experienced catering team at Lake Superior State University. You will provide superior service to our customers at catered events and help ensure the success of every event you work.

You’ll set up, serve, and clean up, focusing on customer service, food safety, and logistics. Teamwork and attention to detail are essential for smooth operations from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as part of a team devoted to providing outstanding customer service.
• Have excellent communication and organization skills.
• Have excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the banquet room: setting up, serving, and cleaning up catered events
• Focus on customer service, food safety, and logistics like food prep, guest assistance, and inventory management, ensuring smooth event operation from start to finish
