Job Duties and Responsibilities

Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager/Executive Chef/F&B Director for the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and as the personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests. Provides ongoing direction, supervision, and monitoring to banquet staff.

Coordinate all aspects of the room/facilities set‑up, including audio/visual and F&B, to ensure guest satisfaction, maintain division standards, and maximize profit.

Perform various other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of high school education
• At least one year in a hotel customer service role
• Food safety certification preferred
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred
