Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group and the Mining Exchange Hotel seek a dynamic Banquet Captain to lead banquet staff and ensure guest satisfaction in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager/Executive Chef/F&B Director the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests.
• Provide ongoing direction, supervision and monitoring to banquet staff.
• Coordinate all aspects of room/facilities setup, including audio/visual and F&B so that all efforts are directed toward guest satisfaction, the achievement/maintenance of division standards and profit maximization.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
