What You’ll Do

1. Lead the Charge – Supervise and guide banquet staff throughout setup, service, and breakdown
2. Know the Details – Be fully fluent in Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure flawless execution
3. Own the Experience – Deliver top-tier service and jump in wherever needed, from bartending to serving
4. Execute Like a Pro – Oversee room setups, manage timing, and leave spaces clean and prepped for the next event
5. Eyes on Everything – Uphold safety, cleanliness, and alcohol service standards at all times
6. Communicate Clearly – Work closely with the Banquet & Events Manager to execute their vision with precision

Qualifications

What Makes You a Great Fit

1. 2+ Years Banquet Experience (preferred)
2. 1+ Year Supervisory Experience (preferred)
3. Food Safety Certification
4. Alcohol Service Certification
5. High School Diploma or GED
6. A calm, confident presence with a guest-first mindset

Physical Demands & Work Environment

1. Lift and carry up to 75 lbs
2. Stand and walk for extended periods
3. Bend, stretch, kneel, twist—stay agile
4. Work in hot, humid, and lively environments
