A Banquet Captain is responsible for overseeing the set-up and clean-up of food and beverage during banquet functions to ensure outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

• Supervise food and beverage service during banquet functions to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with planning, organizing, and executing all banquet events, including breakfast, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
• Greet clients and guests, responding promptly and courteously to requests.
• Participate in and lead department meetings.
• Process banquet checks accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the service.
• Serve beverages in accordance with applicable regulations.

The hourly rate is $16.50, based on experience and location.
