Job summary

Montage Big Sky is seeking a Banquet Captain to lead event service with flair. You’ll supervise pre and post-event banquet setup, coordinate with culinary and service teams, and ensure WOW moments for every guest.

You’ll be hands-on, attend meetings, improve processes, and develop relationships to elevate guest experiences. Requirements include team spirit, flexibility for weekends/holidays, and at least one year in food and beverage within a hotel or resort.

Must Haves

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
• One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations within a hotel or resort environment
• Intermediate computer skills
• Luxury hotel experience, a plus

Physical Requirements

• Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over
• Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis
