DoubleTree by Hilton Crystal City is seeking a passionate Banquet Captain to lead their team! This 627-room property and 33,316 sq. ft Total Event Space is a half mile south of The Pentagon as well as only three blocks from the Pentagon City Metro station.
The ideal candidate will have min. 2-years experience working in Banquets/events, strong leadership skills to supervise a team of 3-10 Team Members and have full availability to work the ever-changing schedule of hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking to learn and grow in their hospitality career.
Shift Pattern: flexible shifts between the hours of 4AM and 12AM, with mostly PM shifts, any day of the week/weekends/holidays as needed.
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour, plus service charges.

What will I be doing?
As a Banquet Captain, you would be responsible for overseeing the set-up and clean-up of food and beverage during banquet functions in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
