Base pay range

$37.00/hr - $41.00/hr

What you’ll do:
The Brass Tacks
  • Maintain standards for food and beverage quality, presentation, handling, sanitation, and safety.
  • Follow all policies and procedures.
  • Serve food and beverage to guests and provide quality customer service.
  • Advise guests, clients, and team members on food and beverage offerings.
  • Communicate with Culinary and Stewarding teams during service to ensure proper guest service.
  • Coordinate the timing of courses with the dining pace.
  • Assist in acquiring special equipment for banquet functions.
  • Conduct shift briefings to keep staff informed.
  • Represent the club during events, act as liaison, and resolve guest issues.
The Nitty Gritty
  • At least two years of high-volume banquet service experience or equivalent.
  • Previous food & beverage supervisory experience.
  • Basic computer skills in POS and sales/catering systems.
  • Current State Food Handling and Liquor License(s).
