The Sunny, a Curio Collection by Hilton in Sunny Isles Beach, FL, is seeking a Banquet Captain to lead banquet events with flawless execution and top service standards. You will coordinate servers, liaise with event planners, and support the culinary team to ensure every detail shines.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of banquet experience, strong leadership, and multitasking abilities, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• One year banquet attendant/server experience
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license, where applicable
