Sarahe Associates, Inc. is seeking a Banquet Busser/Runner to support our dining events in Manalapan Township, NJ. The role focuses on backstage setup, timely bussing, and guest service assistance to ensure a smooth service.

The successful candidate will move quickly in a fast-paced banquet environment, assist servers, and maintain clean dining areas while following safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up the room and tables to the Banquet Contract or Restaurant Reservation Book.
• Bus and reset tables, serve bread and butter and pour iced water on guests arrival and replenish as needed.
• Assist servers and host/hostess respond to guests needs and keep dining room and work areas clean.
• Check station assignments and service area for ice, warm bread, cups, water pitchers and butters.
• Stand and move quickly; position requires bending, reaching and lifting 50 pounds or more.
