Banquet Bartender (Part Time) (Seasonal)

Join us as a Banquet Bartender at TPC River Highlands, a premier private golf course in Cromwell, CT, hosting the PGA TOUR's Travelers Championship. We offer a state-of-the-art clubhouse with multiple event spaces, suitable for various functions.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain the bar according to TPC standards, ensuring proper stock levels.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and secure, preventing unauthorized access.
• Prepare and serve beverages courteously and efficiently, following standard procedures.
• Handle member/guest complaints professionally and report issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol laws and regulations, including checking IDs and recognizing intoxication.
• Close and clean the bar area after shifts, reconciling inventory and returning equipment.
• Operate within established policies, including sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist with banquet service as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of bartending experience, with thorough knowledge of beverage preparation and sanitation procedures.

Physical Demands and Environment: Must stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly. Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining safety standards.
