Job summary

Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa in Sonoma, California, is seeking a friendly bartender to join the banquet team. Reporting to the Banquet Manager, you will prepare beverages, interact with guests, and help maintain bar area cleanliness.

This role requires bartending experience, a positive attitude, leadership when needed, and the ability to lift heavy equipment. Rate of Pay is $21.50 per hour, with opportunities to grow within the property's hospitality program.

Job Description

Reporting to the Banquet Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Rate of Pay: $21.50

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Ability to lift, carry and transport relatively heavy equipment.
• Has a friendly, positive attitude.
• Good communicational skills.
• Leadership ability.
• Pro-active.
• Must have experience tending bar
• Successful completion of bar tending position training position
