Job summary

Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa is seeking a hospitality professional for a restaurant role in Sonoma, CA. The position offers hourly pay and requires a blend of guest service and culinary support to ensure a premium dining experience.

Responsibilities include plate presentation, assisting servers, and maintaining station readiness, with opportunities for growth within the property and brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of restaurant experience.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Friendly, helpful, engaging manner.

• Serve from the cheese cart and maintain extensive knowledge of cheeses.
• Side work duties.
• Be safety conscious, especially regarding spills.
• Side work as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Rate of Pay: $20.50 an hour
