Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is seeking a banquet bartender to create memorable experiences, serving beverages and meals to guests at Mystic Lake Center. You will handle drink orders, process charges via the POS, and maintain an inviting bar area with proper stock and cleanliness.

The role emphasizes guest service, alcohol awareness, and adherence to safety rules, with opportunities for schedule flexibility and career advancement within the casino resort.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
One year of bartending experience or bartending education.
Ability to work a varying schedule.
Knowledge of point of sale systems a plus.
Demonstrate knowledge of Alcohol Awareness rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

Take guest drink orders and serve drinks per approved recipes.
Stock and set up bar before opening; prep garnishes.
Maintain bar area and equipment; lock up per procedures.
Assist Bar Back or kitchen staff with glassware and supplies.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and check IDs.
Interact with guests to provide casino information and resolve issues.
