Job summary

PM-Hospitality-Strategies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Banquet Bartender for our hotel in Wilmington, DE. You’ll take orders, mix drinks, and engage guests with a friendly, fast-paced service style.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, prior bartending experience, and a current Food Handler’s Permit. You should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior bartending experience required.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Set up a portable bar in the function area.
• Break down and clean bar thoroughly and return all supplies to their proper area.
