Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Banquet Bartender to set up banquet bars, prepare and mix beverages, and handle transactions while maintaining bar cleanliness. The role emphasizes friendly guest interaction and adherence to standard recipes.

Responsibilities include stocking bar inventory, preparing requisitions, and ensuring accurate banking. This on-site position requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience as a bartender preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsabilités

• Set up and stock banquet bars with equipment and supplies.
• Receive and fulfill beverage orders including mixing drinks according to standard recipes.
• Complete monetary transactions and maintain an accurate bank.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment.
• Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Prepare written requisitions and orders for bar stock.
• Maintain and replenish ice supply.
• Break down banquet bar and return unused product to storage.
• Deliver glassware to washing area and store equipment properly.
