Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Banquet Bartender to provide exceptional beverage service at banquet events. The role requires strong mixology knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain a stocked bar, handle cash with accuracy, and collaborate with banquet staff to ensure flawless event execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bartending experience, banquet or event bartending preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and mixology techniques.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Adherence to alcohol service laws and responsible serving practices.
• Certifications in food safety or alcohol service preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Beverage preparation and service according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Set up, maintain and stock the banquet bar during events.
• Deliver beverages to guests, including table-side service when needed.
• Ensure knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and cocktail preparation.
• Handle cash and process transactions in line with company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure safety and sanitation.
• Collaborate with banquet staff and kitchen to support event execution.
• Provide courteous, attentive service and upsell where appropriate.
