Job Title: Banquet Server - On Call

Are you passionate about Food and Beverage and about bringing smiles to guests' faces? As a Banquet Server, you will have the opportunity to make guests' occasions truly memorable by providing excellent F&B service at their special events and functions.

What you will be doing:

  • Prepare and stock the bar
  • Make and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks
  • Assist guests with menu inquiries in a helpful manner
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, and menus
  • Serve group functions according to client specifications
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Previous food and beverage service experience required
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage, with a passion for service
  • Experience working effectively in dynamic team environments
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • WA Food Handler Card required
  • WA Liquor Control (MAST) card required
  • Valid US work authorization required

Physical Requirements:

  • Constant standing and walking during shifts
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
  • Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting
  • Ability to perform grasping, manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements, as well as overhead reaching occasionally
