We are looking for a dedicated Banquet Bartender to join our team at the Bottleworks Hotel, a modern boutique hotel in Indianapolis that combines historic architecture with contemporary amenities.

Job Details

• Type: Part-time
• Salary: $10.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist with banquet room setup and teardown, including setting and clearing tables
• Read and execute Banquet Event Orders accurately
• Prepare and stock the bar station before events
• Serve beverages and respond to guest requests
• Handle POS transactions and cash reconciliation
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure event success

Requirements

• Previous bar service experience; banquet experience preferred
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and carry trays weighing up to 30 lbs
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• Valid Operator's License
• U.S. Work Authorization
