Job Summary
Ensure that all clients’ needs are fulfilled for banquet functions, encompassing all aspects of banquet operations.

Essential Functions
- Have a reasonable knowledge of bar operations, including common liquors, beers, wines, and typical bar recipes.
- Understand how to read and apply information from a BEO.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the liquor room, cooler, storage areas, and bars.
- Ensure bars are properly stocked before events with necessary items.
- Assist with cleaning common areas and handling deliveries of supplies.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Stand or walk continuously for 8 hours.
- Perform tasks such as reaching, climbing, crouching, and cleaning.
- Visual and auditory acuity required.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash.
