Job summary

The Post Oak in San Antonio, TX seeks a Banquet Bartender to join our events team. This role supports Sales Manager and culinary staff to plan and execute catering and banquet service, delivering guest experiences at every event.

We offer flexible schedules, comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement, and employee discounts across our properties. This tipped position pays starting at USD 2.13/hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1+ year of Bartending Experience.
• 18 years or older to serve alcohol.
• Be friendly, accommodating, inclusive and respectful.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales Manager
• Assist Sales Manager in communicating with the Food & Beverage and Culinary team to ensure thorough planning and preparation for all events

Qualifications

• Have a high school education or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Have 1 + year of Bartending Experience
• Are 18 years of age (required for service of alcohol)
