Now Hiring: Banquet Bartender

We are looking for individuals passionate about serving others! Our hotel hosts events such as receptions, meetings, trainings, and reunions, providing excellent exposure for our venue. It's essential to have a team focused on quality, service, and timeliness to ensure our success.

The Banquet Bartender is responsible for serving beverages with friendly, responsive customer service to create an exceptional dining and bar experience for all guests.

Essential Functions

1. Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
2. Greet guests and accommodate their needs during events.
3. Communicate effectively with guests regarding the menu.
4. Take beverage orders and prepare cocktails as instructed.
5. Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
6. Understand and manage BEOs, ensuring all liquor, beer, and wine are accounted for at the end of the night.
7. Anticipate guest needs and monitor their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
8. Respond promptly and courteously to requests.
9. Set up, execute, and clean up after events.
10. Perform side work in preparation for upcoming events.
11. Maintain cleanliness of service areas at all times.
12. Present a professional and personable appearance.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
