Job summary

First Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a friendly bar staff member to prepare the bar for service, mix cocktails to specification, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will clear tables and assist in dining areas, working with a team to provide genuine hospitality.

Flexibility with schedules, a safe alcohol serving certification, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds are required. This role supports a high-energy hospitality environment and contributes to outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Safe alcohol service certification required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to grasp, write, stand, sit, walk, bend, listen and hear, and good visual acuity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the bar for service by cleaning, stocking supplies, and retrieving appropriate liquor and mixes according to event orders.
• Prepare cocktails and other beverages to specification, honoring special requests when possible.
• Clear tables throughout the dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware and silverware.
• Clean the bar and assist in cleaning the banquet and dining rooms during and after service.
• Provide personal attention, take personal responsibility, and use teamwork to deliver guest service.
• Listen to guest concerns, apologize with empathy, resolve issues, and follow through to guarantee satisfaction.
• Notice when a guest is not satisfied and use best judgment to apply the 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee.
• Perform other duties as required to provide genuine hospitality.
