What Will You Do?

• Prepare drink orders to guests’ specifications while maintaining The Belle quality standards.
• Follow directions and instructions based upon the BEO provided
• Handle payment for beverage and food purchases in compliance with The Belle and cash handling procedures as needed.
• Properly input guest orders through the POS system as needed.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Maintain current and accurate knowledge of industry trends.
• Assist in managing the inventory for beer, wine, liquor, sodas, and other beverage ingredients.
• Perform side work as needed. (i.e., keeping area clean, restocking, etc.)
• Properly check all guests’ identification to ensure legal age compliance.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Adhere to The Belle beverage requisition and restoking systems

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant preferred.
• Strong spirits, beer and wine knowledge
• High School Diploma or GED
