The award-winning Forbes 4-Star and AAA 5-Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is seeking a Banquet Barback to join the Food and Beverage team.

Located in Dana Point, adjacent to Laguna Beach, known for its surf culture and laid-back vibe, the resort spans 175 acres atop a seaside bluff, featuring over 400 rooms, 115,000 sq ft of meeting space, and 8 F&B outlets including restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and IRD.

Shift: Various shifts; must be available to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

The Banquet Barback will be responsible for preparing and servicing bars throughout the hotel, ensuring outstanding guest service and profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Retrieving orders, checking stock, and reconciling with requisitions
• Preparing garnishes, slicing fruits, mixing juices, and storing supplies
• Assisting bartenders with stocking and maintaining the bar (paper products, condiments, glassware, ice, produce)
• Transporting and replacing beer kegs, performing routine maintenance
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area and storage spaces
