Overview
The Banquet Bartender prepares and serves drinks according to production requirements and standard recipes. Typically assigned to work a single bar during banquet events, the Banquet Bartender maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe station at all times to ensure the safe service of alcoholic beverages and quality products delivered to guests. The successful Banquet Bartender will effectively set up the assigned station, produce products consistent with quality standards and recipes, and demonstrate exemplary attendance.

Associate Responsibilities specific to this role and Department:
- Set up the assigned station per BEO requirements and standards.
- Complete daily duties in designated banquet areas to meet quality standards.
- Assist banquet setup teams as needed, including setting tables, rolling silverware, and arranging furniture.
- Support other bartenders and servers to ensure smooth teamwork during banquets.
- Maintain cleanliness of the function room and station according to policies and procedures.
- Ensure front and back of house cleanliness to deliver high-quality products to guests consistently.
- Greet, interact, and engage with guests professionally, exceeding expectations.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of all equipment, including fixtures, following SOPs and work practices.
- Manage time and productivity based on business volume.
- Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
- Handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately per company policies.
- Ensure deliveries match liquor requisitions and monitor supply levels.
- Know and comply with state liquor laws.
