What will I be doing?

As a Banquet Bar Porter, your responsibilities include preparing and servicing bars throughout the hotel to ensure excellent guest service and profitability. Specific duties include:

• Retrieving orders from storeroom, checking stock, and reconciling with requisitions
• Preparing garnishes, slicing fruits, mixing juices, and storing supplies
• Assisting bartenders with stocking and maintaining the bar, including glassware, condiments, and ice
• Transporting and replacing beer kegs, performing routine maintenance
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area and storage spaces according to safety standards
