Newrez LLC is seeking a Bankruptcy Case Manager III in Tempe to manage complex bankruptcy accounts and rising caseloads with precision. You will review and update bankruptcy information daily, research using PACER and internal systems, and file Transfers of Claim by deadlines.

The Bankruptcy Case Manager III must be organized and detail-oriented to handle complex bankruptcy accounts or an increased caseload and has mastered all bankruptcy processes with an ability to audit these processes and provide process guidance to less seasoned BCM. Through analysis, review, and referral, accounts will be statused and monitored to ensure maximum recovery within the parameters of the bankruptcy case.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or extensive industry and related experience. 5+ years of experience in Mortgage bankruptcy.
