BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Bankruptcy and Restructuring Associate Attorney for its Cincinnati, OH office. The role focuses on sophisticated corporate reorganizations and insolvency counseling, representing debtors and creditors in complex bankruptcy matters.

You will work within a dynamic practice group, contribute to bankruptcy-related Litigation in state and federal courts, and bring 2–5 years of Chapter 11 experience with strong research and writing skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Chapter 11 work and corporate restructuring.
• Experience in bankruptcy-related litigation preferred.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent debtors, secured creditors, and unsecured creditors in complex bankruptcy cases.
• Engage in corporate restructuring matters and out-of-court workouts.
• Participate in bankruptcy-related litigation in state and federal courts.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team on diverse legal matters.
