Qualifications

• 2–4 years of substantive bankruptcy and restructuring experience at a law firm.
• Solid exposure to Chapter 11 practice representing debtors, creditors, or committees.
• Experience with out-of-court restructurings and workouts.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Chapter 11 and insolvency matters.
• Handle day-to-day case management, including research and client communications.
• Assist with out-of-court restructurings and distressed asset sales.
