A well-established business law firm is seeking a Bankruptcy Paralegal to support its growing bankruptcy practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal interested in sophisticated legal work within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
The firm handles complex matters involving bankruptcy, commercial transactions, healthcare, commercial real estate, litigation, and mediation. The bankruptcy team represents debtors, creditors, trustees, committees, and other parties throughout restructuring and insolvency proceedings.
The Bankruptcy Paralegal will work closely with attorneys on complex commercial bankruptcy and litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have bankruptcy experience and be comfortable managing multiple matters, coordinating discovery, preparing legal documents, conducting research, and maintaining case files.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a busy bankruptcy practice. The successful candidate will take ownership of their work, anticipate attorney needs, manage deadlines effectively, and work collaboratively with attorneys and legal professionals.
