LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm to hire a Bankruptcy Paralegal with experience supporting attorneys in consumer and commercial bankruptcy matters. This is a great opportunity for a legal professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.

The position offers a hybrid schedule, allowing for both remote flexibility and in-office collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bankruptcy procedures, court filings, and case management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, statements, and other required documents
  • Assist attorneys with Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 cases
  • Manage case files and track deadlines for court appearances, filings, and hearings
  • Communicate with clients, trustees, and court personnel regarding case status and documentation
  • Conduct legal research and assist with drafting motions and pleadings
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
  • Support attorneys with billing, time entry, and administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a bankruptcy paralegal in a law firm setting
  • Strong knowledge of bankruptcy law, procedures, and electronic court filing systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working directly with clients and handling confidential information

Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
