The role focuses on litigation across distressed situations, including Chapter 11 matters and related disputes, with a trial-minded platform and deep restructuring insights.

You will litigate from early motions through hearings, working with a strong team on complex matters and maintaining a record that could be tried.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bankruptcy litigation experience.
• Meaningful writing experience: motions, briefs, and court-facing work product.
• Comfortable owning pieces of a case with limited supervision.
• Admitted and in good standing (or waiver possibility within office).

Responsibilities

• Run point on core bankruptcy litigation work streams (research, writing, strategy, discovery, hearings).
• Handle contested matters and adversary proceedings (fraudulent transfer, preference, fiduciary duty, contract disputes).
• Collaborate with restructuring lawyers on multi-party, high-exposure matters.
• Build a record early with a litigation approach that anticipates trial.
