Kutak Rock LLP in Scottsdale is seeking a full‑time Bankruptcy Litigation Associate Attorney to support its Bankruptcy and Litigation practice groups. The role handles corporate debtor, creditor, and restructuring matters from the Scottsdale office.

The ideal candidate will have active Arizona bar status or eligibility within one year and at least 3 years of bankruptcy or related litigation experience. In-office with occasional hybrid arrangement upon approval, base salary $160,000–$175,000 plus

• Active Arizona bar license in good standing, or ability to be admitted within one year.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in bankruptcy, financial services, debtor‑creditor, collections, or commercial litigation (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial restructurings and Chapter11 bankruptcies: strategy, drafting, discovery, court appearances, client communications.
• Review and document commercial financial transactions and corporate governance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate financing, workout, and restructuring documents.
• Conduct and manage financial due‑diligence.
