BCG Attorney Search is seeking a 4th Year Bankruptcy Litigation Associate to join its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of bankruptcy litigation experience and a strong command of the Bankruptcy Code.

The role focuses on complex Chapter 11 matters, client communications, research, drafting, and collaboration with a team in a fast-paced environment. Admission to NY or CA Bar is required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the New York or California State Bar.
• 3+ years of commercial litigation and bankruptcy experience.
• Proven track record with outstanding legal writing skills.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
