The ideal candidate will handle sophisticated bankruptcy and commercial litigation issues, including business torts, contract disputes, liens, foreclosures, and 363 proceedings, with strong drafting and courtroom experience preferred.

Desired candidates will have experience with sophisticated bankruptcy and commercial litigation issues, including business torts, contract disputes, liens, foreclosures, receiverships, voidable transfers, claims litigation, adversary cases, cash collateral or priority disputes, and 363 proceedings. Drafting and prosecuting contested matters with discovery and courtroom experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize and manage workload.
