Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in BFSI
• Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to coordinate with stakeholders and senior management
• Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution for banking technology initiatives.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and resources.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and vendors.
• Create project plans, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies.
• Drive requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
