Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience preferred.
• 6+ months of demonstrated successful cash handling experience.
• Bilingual language skills beneficial.
• Passionate and motivated self-starter with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to educate clients on banking products and digital technologies.
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
• Ability to multitask and work with multiple computer and software systems.
• Ability to calculate figures and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Balance cash drawers and handle daily cash transactions accurately.
• Provide support and service to clients in a courteous, professional manner.
• Meet and contribute to banking center goals for sales and service.
• Assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain established guidelines, structure and policies in daily tasks.
