Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Personal Banker experience is required, including teller.
• Expertise should include computer skills including a thorough understanding of bank technology systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft software products is necessary.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills are all needed.
• The ability to balance several ongoing projects simultaneously and customer relationships is required.
• Willingness to travel to other locations based upon staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Open and close accounts, assist clients with account inquiries.
• Account maintenance such as name changes, address updates, product changes.
• Assist in the teller line as needed.
• Presents and explains bank products and services to customers.
• Help meet customers' financial needs and resolve requests promptly.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, bank policies, and safety procedures.
• Perform other tasks as required or assigned.
